Zopiclone 7.5MG by JAMP
This drug is used when patient has sleep disorders such as: difficulty falling asleep, nocturnal awakenings, early awakening; transient, situational and chronic insomnia; sleep disorders in mental disorders, bronchial asthma with night attacks (in combination Zopiclone with a one-time intake of a daily dose of theophylline).
Oral use, 7.5 mg Zopiclone, 30-40 minutes before the proposed sleep, if necessary – up to 15 mg (maximum dose). The initial dose for the elderly and the maximum recommended dose for hepatic insufficiency is 3.75 mg. Duration of treatment with Zopiclone – no more than 1 month.
Long-term use of Zopiclone is not recommended (due to the possible development of drug dependence), the course of treatment should not exceed 4 weeks. Patients on the next day after taking the drug should be cautious about driving a car and working with mechanisms.
During the treatment with Zopiclone, the use of ethanol-containing beverages is not recommended. Impaired renal function does not require a dose reduction.
“Metallic” taste in the mouth, nausea, vomiting, mental disorders (irritability, confusion, depressed mood), allergic reactions to components of Zopiclone (urticaria, rash).
When awakening – drowsiness, dizziness, movement coordination disorders, sometimes depressive states, aggressiveness, anterograde amnesia.
